The product

  • Peek is a growth analyst for your business. It connects to the tools you already run (ads, EMR, CRM, bookings, accounting, reviews, Meta Ads, GA4), reads what's happening across all of them, and tells you what's working, what's leaking money, and what to do about it.

    Instead of logging into six dashboards and stitching the story together yourself, you get one place that already knows the full picture and hands you plain-English insights and recommendations.

    It covers eight areas: leads, demand, inventory, marketing, your funnel, upsell & retention, revenue, and staff & capacity.

Data & security

  • No. Peek reads your data to understand the business and gives you recommendations. It doesn't edit, delete or post anything in your tools. It tells you what it would do; you decide whether to act.

  • No. Peek works with the operational side of your clinic (appointments, lead sources, revenue, no-shows, marketing performance), not clinical notes, diagnoses or treatment records. It only pulls the business fields it needs and leaves the medical record itself untouched.

  • Your data stays connected to your own systems. Peek reads it to generate insights rather than copying your business into a separate database. Any data Peek does hold is encrypted and stored in the UAE to comply with local laws.

  • Peek runs on Anthropic's Claude, accessed through its secure business API. Your data is never used to train AI models, and it's never shared with or visible to other Peek customers.

  • Peek can mirror your company's role-based access. It is highly customizable and gives you the control you want by role:
